Poste 
The candidate is responsible for achieving the sales targets of products and for the development and execution of sales plans, within agreed budgets according to organization's vision & mission;
-Responsible for supporting sales representatives and key account colleagues in the management of key client relationships and in the negotiation of contracts with key customers;
-Responsible for building district sales capabilities and for the overall management and motivation of the district sales team. and promoters;
-Setting targets with the customers and evaluating the results;
-Coordinating the advertising & promotion activities;
-Ensuring with the customers an adequate display and merchandising of SAMSUNG products;
-Working closely with internal departments and back-office to anticipate and support the implementation of appropriate processes to meet the customers' expectations;
-Ensuring a regular information flow;
-Participating actively in the budget definition with the head of department. 
Profil recherché 
- 3 / 5 Years experience in sales management
- Good product & market knowledge
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good organization and time management aptitudes
- Open to new ways of working and challenges
- High level of responsibility and engagement
- Good team spirit and relationship building skills
- Good command of English language & MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Result-oriented
